Quality and freshness is essential to The Table, impeccable sourcing and sustainability are at the heart of each dish. Everything is made from scratch in the restaurant’s kitchen including an impressive array of breads and even some of the cheeses. Co-owner Shaun Alpine-Crabtree ensures close relationships with top quality and often local suppliers, including with St Mungo’s allotment project for London’s homeless.
The Table is well known for its hugely popular weekday breakfast and weekend brunch, which includes indulgent dishes such as The Table Stack – ‘Chorizo and ham hock baked beans on a toasted bagel with two poached eggs and hollandaise’ and ‘Brioche French toast, with bacon, banana and maple syrup’.
UNDER THE TABLE
The Table has also just unveiled its brand new bar, giving you all the more reason to enjoy some alfresco drinks on their outdoor terrace.
The cocktail menu has been devised by the legend David Swain (previously of The Zetter) and takes inspiration from seasonal, botanical ingredients and quality British spirits. Also peruse their new impressive wine list created by the award-winning Matt Walls – it’s a stunning yet compact list featuring many organic, natural and biodynamic wines.
What's more, the restaurant is now open in the evenings from Tuesday to Saturday and you can enjoy Happy Hour from 5 - 7pm everyday with two-for-one cocktails, house bottled beer, house wine and Prosecco.
